Vorbei die Zeiten, als man bei einem Marshall einmal mit den Fingern über alle Potis drüber fuhr und dann schon den klassischen Rocksound, inklusive Tinnitus hatte.
Der JVM410H(ead) bietet eine Menge Einstellmöglichkeiten, vor allem aber auch eine riesige Palette an Sounds, die sich wirklich unterscheiden. Allesamt gut klingend. 4 Kanäle mit jeweils 3 Varianten, per Fußschalter oder MIDI wählbar, decken alles ab, was man brauchen könnte. Von hervorragenden Clean-Sounds über klassische Crunch und Leadsounds bis hin zu wirklich gut definierten HiGain-Sounds, alles ist da und auch wirklich überzeugend.
Für Puristen: Dennoch trübt kein Halbleiter das Klangvergnügen, alles, was hörbar ist, wird hier mit Röhren gemacht. Die klassische EL34 Endstufe verleiht allen Sounds das typisch “Britische” ohne sie jedoch “gleich” zu machen.
